Would you like to join a team of dedicated community nurses?  The West Extended Primary Care Teams in Newham are looking for Band 5 nurses to join them.

We are looking for committed nurses who want to develop their skills and knowledge in community health.  We expect you to be willing to offer a high level of person-centred nursing care, to be passionate about excellent documentation and handover, and to be determined to work as part of an MDT in order to enhance the quality of care provided to Newham patients referred to our service.

You will be supported by experienced community nurses and clinical leads and have access to on-going training and supervision.

The postholder will have regular contact with vulnerable people and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
