We want to recruit high calibre nursing staff who can deliver quality care encompassing the principles of Person Centred Planning and enable our patients to live the life that they would choose for themselves. Creativity and flexibility in your approach are essential as is the commitment to teamwork.

You should be able to actively participate in both the assessment and care plan process, defining care needs and ensuring care is individualised and truly meets the needs of the service user and includes physical healthcare needs.

If appointed you will need to undertake the PMVA training, please ensure you have read the course contents.
