We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Diabetes Lead Nurse to join the Community Diabetes Teams based at London Borough of Newham. You will lead, manage and work with a team of Diabetes Specialist Nurses while working closely with Consultants and the Newham Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).

The post holder will provide clinical and managerial leadership to the Diabetes Specialist Nurses within the service.
