This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, capable and innovative senior manager to take this new lead role for CAMHS in Bedfordshire and Luton.

The Associate Director for CAMHS will work closely with the Clinical Director, Associate Clinical Director and Bedfordshire and Luton CAMHS leaders to deliver on the national priorities to improve the quality of care, access and outcomes for young people with mental health problems - this is a partnership job and will require flexibility, confidence and understanding of differing local needs.

Local priorities will be to develop our workforce, increase access and capacity, work across education, health and social care , and the third sector to improve the response for young people in need, and to reduce self harm .
