This post is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead the Occupational Therapy department in a specialist personality disorder inpatient service within a medium secure unit. The service is based on the Therapeutic Community model working with individuals with complex needs in a multi-disciplinary team. This post includes providing specialist OT intervention working on a strengths based model and managing members of the OT and therapy department.
