Homerton Psychological Medicine is the Mental Health Liaison Service for the Hometon University Hospital. We're excited to be offering opportunities for Band 6 Liaison Nurses/Social Workers to join this highly skilled and successful team. The postholder will be based in the Emergency Department assessing service users in an emergency setting, devising and implementing care, as well as assessing patients on the general acute wards of the Homerton University Hospital. Part of the role will also involve teaching to general adult healthcare staff. The post involves shift work, covering 24/7 on a rota basis.
