An exciting opportunity has arisen within our wide ranging OT service for a Band 7 Advanced Occupational Therapist with a passion for recovery focused and innovative service delivery. We are looking for an experienced and clinically confident Occupational Therapist who is ready for a challenge and looking for an opportunity to further develop their leadership and service development skills.
We are looking to recruit an experienced and forward thinking occupational therapist to support with the professional and clinical leadership required to:
- Provide professional and clinical leadership for the OTs within the Luton CMHTs ensuring the most effective use of OT resources and the highest standards of professional practice
- Working collaboratively with the managers leading on the development of the current junior OTs and support workers within the team
- Carry a clinical case load but with the additional responsibility of using your OT knowledge and skills to support the development of the Occupational therapy service within the CMHTs in collaboration with the Head OT.
Regular managerial and professional supervision will be provided and you will have monthly opportunities to participate in the Services OT CPD events. Professional and training are actively encouraged through the appraisal process.
