ELFT (East London NHS Foundation Trust) is making a positive difference to thousands of people’s lives, providing support so that they can fulfil their potential and enjoy healthy lives.

This exciting new post has been developed to make sure that Peer Support Work is at the heart of our service delivery.

The successful candidate will work alongside Peer Support Workers and the Associate Director of People Participation to develop the profession of Peer Support.

They will lead on developing training, career progression and the specialisation of PSW’s throughout the Trust.

This would be an ideal opportunity for a Peer Support Worker looking for that next step in their career development and help shape an exciting chapter in people with lived experience being a truly integrated service focusing on improving the quality of life for our service users.
