If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Electronic Clinical Systems Facilitator. This is an excellent stepping stone for individuals who aspire to further their career within IT and Clinical Systems.

We are seeking a RiO Facilitator to support the use and deployment of our Electronic System (RiO). The role will include training new starters as well as helping teams adopt any new developments (Examples being DLF, eCPA, Electronic Observations and Mobile Working across the City & Hackney mental health services (However you may be asked to cover other directorates as required). You will also be expected to meet with teams and refresh their knowledge of the Clinical System overall.

This role is key to embedding the use of the system into day to day operational practice and supporting new and exciting future developments, helping ELFT towards achieving the ambitions of digital hospitals and a paperless NHS.

Experience of using RiO and other Trust applications, process improvement, understanding MH teams and how they work and projects are all desirable, but not essential as we can support you in becoming an expert in these areas. However, what is essential is that you are driven, approachable, able to engage people, with a large appetite for new and challenging tasks.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
