We are looking for Senior Programme Officer to join the central team that has been established to coordinate the Trusts Quality Improvement (QI) Programme.

The primary purpose of the Quality Improvement (QI) Programme is to oversee the transformation of the culture of the Trust to one of continuous improvement which is delivered through participation of all staff in the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of a large number of Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) / small-scale projects via a multi-year organisation-wide programme. The Programme is unique one for the organisation in terms of breadth, depth and timescale.

The Senior Programme Officer will be part of the central team that coordinates the programme and act as the organisations internal resource for improvement science. The post holder will be responsible for the day-to day management of key strategic projects, activities and interactions in the Quality Improvement Programme, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and members of the Trust.
