Are you a caring and compassionate District Nurses looking for change, a new challenge and career development?
As a Registered Nurse you will lead and manage a community nursing team, geographically aligned to GP practices and be responsible for the management of a caseload ensuring the provision of a high standard of nursing care to patients and their families in the community. As the deputy Team lead you will be required to work without direct supervision and provide leadership to the community nursing team.
To excel in this role you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, the courage to make decisions which will help shape future care and a willingness to develop your potential. You will require current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse with the Specialist Practitioner Qualification in District Nursing, a sound knowledge of evidence based care and best practice, evidence of post-registration development and community nursing experience.
