Are you a qualified Band 5/6 Physiotherapist looking to gain experience in a rotational or looking to further your career?. We are a Community Health Service serving the residents of the London Borough of Newham.
As part of our integrated multi-professional team working for East London Foundation Trust you will gain experience within an established community rotation programme including Extended Primary care services and Community Neurological Community. The post holder will provide a timely, flexible response to referrals and support people in their homes by providing specialist clinical physiotherapy input and treatment; the role includes a focus on rehabilitation, long term condition management and Falls prevention
We are looking for a dynamic, professional and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our friendly & supportive multi-disciplinary team and in return you will be supervised and supported by experienced Band 7 Physiotherapists.
To be successful you will need to be an excellent communicator, have strong interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills and the ability to work independently. You will be motivated and willing to learn and committed to evidence based practice, continuing professional development, regular supervision and individual performance review. You will be expected to participate in and contribute to regular in service training and team meetings
