We are looking for two experienced Principal Information Analysts to join in our Informatics Team to support the provision of high quality data to clinical and operational colleagues. These posts will be with the Informatics Team and will work closely with the Performance Managers and Services. The post will be the lead on the NHSE contract or the Tower Hamlets Community Services contract. The post holder will spend time in both the service and the Bethnal Green office.
We are looking for someone who has experience of reporting from mental or community health services clinical System and an extensive knowledge of health services to join us to develop information reporting and influence the Trust Business Intelligence development.
This is a particularly exciting period in this Trusts technological development and development of new reporting for our transforming services. We are seeking a self-motivated, capable and adaptable Information Analyst to take a leading role in meeting the ever-growing business intelligence needs of our Mental and Community Health Services.
We are looking for two people who have excellent interpersonal skills and are independent thinkers with demonstrated good judgment, problem-solving and analytical skills. The successful candidates should expect to work in a busy environment operating to key deadlines and delivering quality results working closely with other Analysts, developers, performance managers and the clinical systems team.
The successful applicants will work closely with Service leads, our Commissioners, and Clinical, Performance and Quality Improvement teams to understand their reporting requirements; encourage use of the Information to enable staff and to promote high quality, accurate, timely information.
The successful applicants will be responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of operational and performance data across a broad range of themes and to a wide range of clinical, administrative and managerial staff. As such, they will need excellent communication skills to complement their strong analytical background.

The postholder will have regular contact with vulnerable people and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
