As part of the Children's Physiotherapy Department in Newham, you can make a difference!
 We are a small team of dedicated and experienced physiotherapists, who are committed to continuous improvement to ensure the best possible support and outcomes for the children and young people known to our service. We have a strong culture of service and quality improvement, which is supported by regular in-service training and supervision. 

This post provides opportunity to develop both clinical skills and leadership skills within a supportive team of therapists. The Clinical caseload will include:
 Cerebral palsy
 Neurological conditions
 Musculoskeletal conditions
 Ex-premature infants
 Orthopaedics -including clubfoot ( CTEV)

Children are seen in a variety of settings including clinic, mainstream and resourced schools, nurseries and the child's home.

The successful applicant will be involved in service improvement work whilst supporting the clinical lead in the operational management of the service.
Working alongside other experienced band 7 staff you will be given opportunities to provide:
 clinical supervision and line management for junior staff,
 clinical education for students
 lead on clinical pathways
 Manage a clinical workload.

Based at the West Ham Lane Child Development Centre, near Stratford and the Olympic park, there will be opportunities for you to work alongside other members of the multidisciplinary team including paediatricians in specialist clinics.
