There is a new exciting opportunity for a band 7 Clinical Nurse Manager on Gardner Ward, City and Hackney.
Gardner Ward in the City and Hackney Centre for Mental Health is an acute admission ward for service users from the Borough of City and Hackney.
ELFT provides a wide range of community and inpatient services to children, young people, adults of working age, older adults and forensic services to the city of London, Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets, Bedfordshire and Luton. ELFT was rated Outstanding by the CQC and is an excellent place to work, develop and research and get involved in quality improvement.
We are looking for enthusiastic, creative and ambitious staff with a keen interest to uphold our Trust values. The successful candidate will work closely with the ward nursing and medical team and the Matron to lead the team and provide the highest standard of care.
As an aspiring Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be a mental health nurse with a real interest in adult acute mental health and have a passion to drive a range of quality improvement projects. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast pace environment which nurtures learning and development opportunities for all staff. You will be recovery focused and comfortable working closely with services users, their families and friends.
We will offer you a comprehensive induction, regular clinical and managerial supervision, as well as a robust continuous professional development package to explore your talents and provide you with skills to progress further.
