ELFT (East London NHS Foundation Trust) is making a positive difference to thousands of people’s lives, providing support so that they can fulfil their potential and enjoy healthy lives.

The Greenhouse is a general practice managed by the East London Foundation Trust (ELFT). We register homeless patients (this encompasses street homeless, hostel dwellers etc). Patients register with the practice and are offered a full range of primary care services. We are a teaching practice and have regular students on placement. We are looking for a senior practice nurse prescriber to join our friendly team for 30 hours a week.
The post holder will be an experienced practice nurse, ideally with experience of working with homeless people or with an interest to do so.
