An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical/ Counselling Psychologist/ Psychotherapist to join a high performing and creative management team within Tower Hamlets Talking Therapies (THTT). THTT is one of the leading national IAPT services and we are keen to recruit an experienced Clinical/ Counselling Psychologist/ Psychotherapist who will lead on the management, supervision and delivery of effective group-based interventions across modalities and steps of care and focus on maintaining clinical effectiveness and developing future delivery through a digital platform

You will be joining a dynamic management team and support the service in delivering the main KPIs by providing creative leadership in your specialist area and supporting the performance and development of a small team of therapists under your direct line management. There will also be an opportunity to deliver effective evidence based supervision for therapists working in the Relational Therapies Modalities.

The post holder will offer consultative support to the team and be responsible for co-ordinating the recruitment, placement, management and supervision of qualified and honorary therapists as well as Clinical and Counselling Psychology Trainees. They will contribute to the senior management team and will lead on suitable projects within the service.

The successful candidate should come with highly developed assessment, therapy skills from working in a Primary Care IAPT service.

This post is offered as Permanent & Full-Time.  These vacancies are offered with the expectation that all clinical staff work one late evening per week (11am until 7pm).
