This is a brand new position within ELFT's Governance and Risk Management department situated at the centre of patient safety within the Trust.  This new post has been created to support the work of the Incidents & Complaints Manager in the leading, coordination and delivery of incident and complaints management across the wide range of community and mental health services of ELFT.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in patient safety specifically around incident management, Serious Incident investigations and NHS complaints processes.  Candidates must be able to demonstrate extensive experience in the NHS at a senior level.
