Bank Band 3 LUTON: Administration Staff

Being employed on the Admin Bank is a great way to gain experience and exposure to the NHS. You could be temporarily covering administration services within our Inpatient Wards, Community Mental Health Teams, Outpatient Receptions or corporate departments within ELFT Luton Mental Health & Wellbeing settings; providing cover for planned and unplanned shortfalls in staffing.

You will be employed by the Trust and contacted when a shift role needs to be covered, which could be for a shift/session, a day, a week or perhaps more.  This is not guaranteed, regular employment and you will therefore be paid on a weekly basis for shifts worked.

We are looking for people who are genuinely interested in working in mental health with a desire to make a difference. You will have responsibility for providing administrative support, not always with direct supervision, to designated areas.

You will be responsible for maintaining an up to date electronic database case records, entering data to RiO/ other Trust electronic system on a daily basis ensuring relevant timescales are met, so as to ensure that information can be retrieved whenever necessary and to meet agreed Trust targets and objectives.

We are looking for flexible people with high quality IT skills and administrative experience from a variety of roles.
